Club Resources - Visioning

Club Visioning is a strategic planning session for individual Clubs that guides members to discover possibilities, prioritize them, and then create the processes to make those possibilities a reality.

Visioning brings members together toward:

Continuity of leadership, vision and process
Consistency in Programming
Consensus toward solidarity and unanimity in purpose and action.

The Vision to Action segment helps the Club take the priorities they have developed during the Visioning process and turn them into actionable goals that are then broken down into steps to create an action plan for each goal. It is a process easily transferable and shared.
