We stand on the cusp of eliminating polio forever. In turn, Rotarians are taking action on many other of the world’s most persistent problems.
When we each joined Rotary, we became a member of a global network sharing common values while bridging cultural, linguistic, generational and geographical differences. Why? We share a vision of a better world.
Rotary’s new vision expresses it very well:
Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
With each of our international projects, we are guided by The Rotary Foundation’s mission:
To enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, support of education and the alleviation of poverty.
